Our Team

J. Ward seibert

Ward is a lifelong Tulsan and a 1983 graduate of the University of Arkansas. With 35 years of experience in commercial real estate project acquisition, operation, marketing, and management in the Tulsa area, he has a diverse real estate background in office, retail, and industrial properties. He is a three-time recipient of the Tulsa Market’s “Deal of the Year.”

Mr. Seibert is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa (class XIV) and has served on the Board of Directors of several local organizations including Big Brothers and Sisters of Green Country, Youth Services of Tulsa, Handicapped Opportunity Workshop, and Basket of Dreams, Inc. As well, he has served as District Chairman, Eagle District, Indian Nations Council, Boy Scouts of America, and is a founding Director of Transitional Living Centers of Oklahoma (Lindsey House).

Corporately, Seibert has been a Director of Oklahoma National Bank, Hudson Solid Surfaces International, L.L.C., and Tulsa Chapter of NAIOP (National Association of Office and Industrial Parks).


mike schnake

Mike has been in the commercial real estate business since 1987, starting in the commercial lending
industry with Metropolitan Life. He returned to Tulsa in 1991 after taking a job as the manager of
leasing for a local real estate investment company. During this time, Mr. Schnake rose to become Vice President of Operations, overseeing all aspects of the leasing and property management operations.

In 2001, Schnake joined Oil Capital. From his 30 year career, Schnake has extensive experience in the operation and administration of commercial real estate, as well as a hands-on approach to the planning, design, and construction of new products. Schnake has been involved with ground up construction of office, retail, and industrial properties.
